Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with related certificate or diploma
- Proven working 3 years’ experience in HR generalist
- Experience in Trading Industry would be more preferable
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and attendance tracking
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Personal integrity must be maintained for confidential information
Job Requirements
- Support and assist the COO and the Department within the overall Human Resources operations.
- Collect relevant data attendance and entitlements
- Calculate Payroll, Overtime and Other Allowances
- Handle complaints and maintain employee relations
- Maintain an up-to-date computerized database with HRIS and personal data filing
- Perform Recruitment and Selection process
- Provide monthly reports in time
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
