Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC projects.
• Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of HVAC load calculations, BOQ preparation, and equipment selection.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

• Design and prepare ACMV systems for commercial, residential, hospital, and industrial projects.
• Prepare HVAC cooling load calculations, equipment selection, and technical specifications.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals
• Review BOQ, tender documents, and project specifications.
• 
Supervise ACMV installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other engineering teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and material usage.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to air-conditioning and ventilation systems.

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holiday
