• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree: Accounting, Finance, or Law.
• Professional Certification: Highly preferred (e.g., CPA, or a local Tax Agent License).
• Industry Background: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in tax, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role within a Tax Agent firm or a "Big 4" accounting firm.
• Technical Depth: Proven experience handling diverse industries
• Expert knowledge of local tax law
• Proficiency in professional tax software (e.g., E-Filling, TOI E-Filling) and ERP systems (SAP, or QuickBooks).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex modeling).

🏷 Project Manager
Budget range : Negotiate , Real estate industry

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in residential sales and leasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and at least 3 years in a senior management or director-level role.
• Good communication skill as you will deal with a wide variety of different people on the job. High level of professionalism, integrity, business ethics, and sound judgment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead managers, develop high performing teams, and build a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented leader with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make data driven business decisions.

🏷 Operation Manager
Budget range : Negotiate , FMCG Trading industry

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CILT, APICS/CSCP, or Logistics & Supply Chain certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or Distribution Operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Trading industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, fleet management, and delivery planning.
• Experience in inventory control, stock management, and logistics performance optimization.
• Experience using ERP or logistics systems (e.g., FieldBI or similar platforms) is an advantage.
