Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and coordination capability.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or service industries is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer supports recruitment execution, sourcing activities, candidate coordination, and onboarding processes to ensure timely and quality hiring for the assigned brand. The role contributes to recruitment performance improvement through proactive sourcing, recruitment tracking, and operational coordination.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute recruitment activities for assigned vacancies to achieve approved hiring timelines and manpower targets.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels to strengthen talent pipeline availability.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with operational hiring managers to support recruitment coordination and vacancy prioritization.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring documentation.
• Monitor recruitment status and follow up on pending recruitment actions to minimize vacancy aging.
• Support onboarding preparation including document verification, orientation coordination, and employee handover.
• Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Generate recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to supervisors and managers.
• Support recruitment process standardization and candidate experience improvement initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
