What a Wipro CA Industrial Trainee actually does:

As a Wipro CA Industrial Trainee, you will join one of three Finance domains at Wipro.

Tax (Indirect Tax): prepare indirect tax returns and file them using country-specific tools, make sure the company follows local and international tax rules, and support tax audits and queries.

Controllership (Record to Report): help with month-end and year-end closing, prepare and review financial statements, analyse financial  data to find gaps and trends, and work with other finance teams to improve reporting.

Internal Audit: help build risk assessments and audit plans, find gaps in processes and controls, do root cause analysis, and prepare draft audit reports.

Wipro Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

• Cleared the CA Intermediate exam within 2 attempts.
• 11 to 12 months of training period remaining.
• Willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
• Articleship is not counted as work experience for this role.

Required skills:

• Good understanding of accounting, taxation and auditing basics.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with teams across different countries.

Who should apply for Wipro:

Apply if:

You have cleared CA Inter in two attempts or less and need industrial training.

You want corporate finance exposure, which a Wipro CA Industrial Trainee gets in a large MNC.

You can move to Bengaluru for 12 months.

Don’t apply if:

You took more than 2 attempts to clear CA Inter.

You have less than 11 months of training left.

You cannot relocate to Bengaluru.
