- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing campaign analysis is an advantage.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of data collection tools (KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO).
- Strong data analysis skills using Advanced Excel, Power BI, R, or STATA.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Good command of English.
- Honest, responsible, and a good team player.
- Conduct feasibility studies on investment projects and provide recommendations before investment decisions.
- Develop and implement annual and monthly business plans for new locations and stations.
- Analyze market investment opportunities and evaluate expected returns.
- Study investment costs, payback periods, and future profitability.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance at service stations and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Identify business opportunities for expansion.
- Meet with distributors and present Tela's business model and benefits.
- Evaluate new business locations for feasibility.
- Prepare reports, implementation plans, and KPIs for management.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors and management.
