Transmission Field O&M Engineer

Job Purpose

The Energy Field O&M Engineer is to maintain, troubleshoot, operate and install of transmission equipment, To ensure the recovery of system within defined SLA. To work with vendors, contractors for escalating issue and accepting new node. To prepare and maintain needed spare parts for troubleshooting case.

Job Responsibilities

• To do preventive and maintenance of transmission equipment Microwave and IPRAN as approved schedule. 
• To do trouble shooting and restoring of transmission equipment Micowave and IPRAN as defined in SLA. 
• To operate and configure of transmission equipment Microwave and IPRAN as assigned by leader and manager 
• To perform transmission network expansion 
• Software upgrading, Commissioning and installation of transmission equipment 
•  To work with contractors & vendors for acceptance, maintenance activities 
•  To manage and maintain spare part supply to ensure availability when required 
• To preventive and Maintenance fiber Optic 
• To fix and repair Fiber Optic  

Job Requirements

• Diploma & Bachelor’s Degree in Electricity, Electronics, Mechanical, or IT
• 1-3 years experience on operation, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of trans-mission equipment 
• Able to install, maintain and commissioning of transmission equipment
• Good communication among colleagues, and team building spirit.
• Communicable English both read and write
• Able to travel to provinces and work at night time.
• Have driving license (able to drive car)
