Retail Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking passionate Retail Sales Representatives of Takeo Koh Kong Oddar Meanchey Banteay Meanchey Battambang Siem Reap Preah Vihear Stung Treng Tboung Khmum / Memot Kampong Cham and Svay Rieng province to join the Midas Sales & Distribution team. You will be responsible for driving product sales and distribution within assigned territories, increasing Midas market coverage and brand visibility by securing new accounts and maintaining existing channels.

Responsibilities
-Sales & Distribution: Execute daily sales visits according to the assigned Route Plan, ensuring smooth product distribution to retail outlets and striving to achieve monthly sales targets.
-Client Development & Maintenance: Actively develop new accounts (new outlets) while maintaining existing client relationships. Conduct regular visits to ensure customer satisfaction and stable order volume.
-Merchandising & Management: Ensure product Visibility, Availability, and quality in outlets. Promptly report market feedback to the supervisor.
-Reporting & Execution: Complete daily itinerary reporting, collect market competitive information, and fulfill other promotional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
-Possess retail sales experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry and familiarity with market operations.
-Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build long-term cooperative relationships with shop owners and clients.
-Must hold a valid driver's license and be proficient in driving vehicles for delivery and store visits.
-Hardworking, resilient, and possessing strong sales motivation and goal orientation.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications
-Language Skills: Fluent in Khmer (Native level); Basic knowledge of Chinese or English is a plus (not mandatory).
-Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG retail sales.
-Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional Skills & Attributes
-Driving Skills: Proficient in driving a motorbike or Tuk Tuk for sales operations.
-Area Knowledge: Familiar with routes and road conditions in Phnom Penh or the assigned sales territory.
-Personal Traits: Quick learner, high stress tolerance, and adaptable to outdoor working environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with a professional background in Sales and Marketing will be given priority.
Salary
Salary Range: $300 - $350 / Month (Plus performance-based commission/incentives).

Working Hours
-At least 8 hours per day (Flexible schedule based on the actual route plan).
-Monday to Saturday.
