Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
• Maintain accurate customer records and consistently follow up on sales leads
• Stay updated on luxury automotive technology, promotions, incentives, and market trends
• Work closely with the dealership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
