Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Maintain accurate customer records and consistently follow up on sales leads
- Stay updated on luxury automotive technology, promotions, incentives, and market trends
- Work closely with the dealership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
