Job Description

1. answer calls, emails, and web chat inquiries from customers.
2. deal with customer inquiries and complaints.
3. Escalating queries and concerns.
4. Troubleshooting common issues with service.
5. Working with a team and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
6. Complete task from management.

Job Requirements

• Age 18-30 years old
• Degree of Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• At least 01 working experience in customer service role or equivalent
• Strong team work
• Friendly and service minded
• Computer skills (word, Excel, Email...)
