Intern Coach

Description

Assist the Robotics Trainer in conducting robotics classes for students (WRO / coding programs).
Support students during hands-on activities, coding exercises, and robot building.
Help maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.
Communicate clearly and patiently with students to support their learning progress.
Assist in handling basic parent inquiries professionally and empathetically.
Support conflict resolution with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
Organize, manage, and maintain robotics kits (LEGO Spike Essential, RoboMission).
Ensure all materials are properly stored, inventoried, and ready for classes.
Support overall classroom and campus operations when required.
Actively participate in internal training programs to become a Robotics Trainer.

Requirements

Strong interest in robotics, coding, and technology.
Basic understanding of logical thinking or programming (preferred but not required).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with children patiently and empathetically.
Organized and detail-oriented (able to manage materials and schedules).
Supportive team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to turn creative ideas into practical execution.
