JOB REQUIREMENT

• Second Year, Third Year, Fresh Graduate or University Degree for Staff Level
• Fresh Graduate or 1 years of work experience in Customer Service or related field
• English Language medium
• Can use MS Office & Email
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication and problem solving
• Commitment to learn and expand responsibility to move up to next level
• Be honest, hardworking, flexible, highly responsible and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, customer-facing and relationship skills
• Good time management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective team and relationship building

Responsibilities:
Ensuring high customer service satisfaction
Support, Solve problems and other complaint from customer
Duties:
Greeting to customer
Answer incoming call from customers
Progress update to customer
Coordinate between customers, documentation with related departments
Support, Solve problems and other complaint from customers
Do daily, monthly report and submit to team leader
Others task assign by team leader
