Field Sales Representative

Job Description

• Implement action plans (e.g., make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories thru Echo-plus
• Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including order taking, marketing POSM (price tag, shelf talkerwobbler, etc.) display set-ups and in-store merchandising
• Ensure product availability in the outlets – must have SKU and Deploy
• Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes
• Conduct stock freshness check through FIFO
• Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales

processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Track and
collect payments from customers

• Build and maintain a customer and dealer relationship to ensure complaints/issues are properly responded and solved
• Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and

prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded
products

• Proactively monitor the competitors’ activities and report to immediate superior
• Submit Customers order to wholesaler for OTIF delivery
• Other’s task assigns by manager

Job Requirements

Work experience

• One to two years’ experience in Sales or similar role

Education

• Bachelor degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline

Functional skills and knowledge

• Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the

industry/market/competitors/customers

• Demonstrate basic knowledge in assigned

territories/products/services and strong selling skills

• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
• Hands on experiences in the field
