Operations Assistant

Description

• Prepare and Issue Letter of Guarantee, prepare temporary FCs, Provider Claims and Member Claims as per the workflow, policies, instructions and guidelines
• Handle and manage the appointment confirmation of pre-policy health screening service
• Monthly invoice handling and follow up action for Provider Claims settlement
• Assessment of Provider and Member Claims submission and approval
• Service Call backup after office hour/during holidays/during weekends according to the operation assign shift
• Complete assigned tasks under respective policies and compliance within SLA
• Perform assigned duties alternatively according to the Operations needs
• Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office at all times
• Liaise with different departments for smooth operations internally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the insurance claims field will be preferred.
• Prior experience or knowledge in insurance claims operations is an advantage.
• Efficient communication skill via email in English (Email writing/replying in English proficiency will be examined during the interview)
• Able to use Microsoft Office suites, email and internet.
• A good team player with eagerness to learn new workflow and Insurance Claim system usage.
