🚀 WHAT YOU’LL LEAD
- Launch and grow Netflix Ads across Thailand, Philippines & Indonesia
- Build the SEA sales strategy and go to market plan
- Win major agency and advertiser partnerships
- Lead and develop a high performing regional sales team
- Scale programmatic advertising opportunities
- Own revenue growth and market expansion
- Work across Product, Marketing, Content and Partnerships
🎯 WHAT THEY WANT
- 10+ years in advertising and sales
- Proven track record of revenue growth
- Experience launching and scaling new markets from 0 to 1
- Strong SEA agency and client network
- Solid people leadership experience
- TV, CTV, digital ads or programmatic experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
