• Launch and grow Netflix Ads across Thailand, Philippines & Indonesia
• Build the SEA sales strategy and go to market plan
• Win major agency and advertiser partnerships
• Lead and develop a high performing regional sales team
• Scale programmatic advertising opportunities
• Own revenue growth and market expansion
• Work across Product, Marketing, Content and Partnerships

🎯 WHAT THEY WANT

• 10+ years in advertising and sales
• Proven track record of revenue growth
• Experience launching and scaling new markets from 0 to 1
• Strong SEA agency and client network
• Solid people leadership experience
• TV, CTV, digital ads or programmatic experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
