Sales and Operation Executive

Description

• Attain full proficiency in products and services of the company to be able to explain well to partners and customers on instructional materials and courseware, academic year and terms, academic fees and payment method, etc.
• Provide step-by-step guidance on application preparation, enrollment process, supporting document and process compliance
• Skill in ERP system and various partner-hosted service platforms to communicate and support operational processes
• Liaise with international institutional partners to maintain good business relationship and to ensure optimal operations between the parties
• Provide advisement to students regarding academic pathways and international education opportunities and career opportunities with the corporations
• Follow up with teachers and students to ensure all academic terms are completed per study plans
• Be responsive on multimedia channels and calls, and provide consultation on enquiries without any supervision and promote sales
• Attend and be representative at the company promotion programs and educational events
• Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and drive to meet the targets
• Assist business team by preparing Purchase Order and Sales Order, and other processes in the ERP system
Take Test Admin role and support exam center for external and internal exam
schedules

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in private university or relevant industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
• Odoo ERP knowledge and experience is a plus
