This is a very exciting opportunity for a valuation executive to join a prestigious global real estate brand as part of its Valuation & Advisory team.

The Valuation Executive would work closely with the Valuation & Advisory Manager, supporting him with a number of day to day tasks and conducting property valuations. Work would include conducting site inspections, data collection, data analysis, report-writing, ad hoc research and liaising with the other industry professionals.

With supervision of Senior Valuation Executives or Valuation Manager, the candidate will be required to travel to conduct physical inspections of properties or perform detailed desktop research to deliver high-quality valuations to key internal and external stakeholders. They should demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision, showcasing a proactive attitude, strong initiative, and a consistently positive professional attitude at work.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse real estate transaction data and comparable evidence.
• Inspection and measurement of land and buildings in accordance with international standards.
• Apply appropriate valuation methodology dependent on the basis of valuation adopted and the property type being valued.
• Assist in the preparation and writing of valuation reports.
• Assist in the transliteration of Title documents and other such legal documentation.
• Make necessary enquiries with the relevant governmental departments regarding planning and legal issues.

Languages

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or any relevant qualifications

General & Technical Skills

• Previous experience in real estate but not essential
• Current university students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to travel as part of the job requirements
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Ability to work and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
