Position Summary

This position oversees marketing planning and execution, including developing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, to support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on sales goals, coach and train to develop team member’s performance
• Execute the sales strategies designed to achieve market penetration and revenue growth.
• Monitor competitor activities and farmers demands to recommend adjustments in strategies.
• Assist in promoting the company’s pesticide products effectively to new and existing customers.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports on team activities and target achievement.

• Bachelor's Degree

Work History

• Agribusiness and Farming for 3 to 5 years is required

General & Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of pesticide products, crop protection solutions, and their applications.
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media marketing.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a car for business travel and field visits

Soft Skills

• Chinese is preferred.
