After-Sales Consultant (Automotive)

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automotive, Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without automotive after-sales experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the automotive industry is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, responsible, and service-minded.
• Willing to learn about automotive products, maintenance, and after-sales processes.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple customer requests.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good command of Khmer and English; Chinese is an advantage.
Able to work as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional after-sales service and support.
• Receive customers and understand their vehicle service, maintenance, and repair requirements.
• Coordinate with technicians and relevant departments to ensure customer requests are handled properly.
• Explain service recommendations, repair progress, estimated costs, and completion timelines to customers.
• Prepare and follow up on service orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.
• Monitor vehicle repair and maintenance progress and keep customers updated.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and coordinate solutions when necessary.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage customer retention.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records in the system.
• Support service promotions, customer appointments, and other after-sales activities.
• Ensure all customer service activities follow company policies and service standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
