Job description
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and update job descriptions, job specifications in collaboration with department managers.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, pages, social media, referrals, agencies, etc.).
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone or face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare job offers and support in employment contract preparation.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and talent pipelines.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to the selected candidates.
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and procedures
- Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure smooth integration.
- Perform other tasks as required by HR manager.
