Job Description
- Prepare and analyze productivity dashboard, highlight problems and recommend solutions; working with operation for productivity improvement.
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with short and long-term condominium development goals.
- Budget and forecast preparation;
- Control finance and accounting activities of Hang Meas Group Cambodia;
- Analyzing revenue vs budget, prior year, by sales person, client, vendor, territory,…
- Handling monthly closing, quarterly closing.
- Monitoring and coaching Cambodia finance team in finance & accounting knowledge.
- Handling taxes, legal, compliance.
- Monitoring purchase and inventory control of lab consumables for cost saving.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for both corporate
operations and individual development projects.
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board on the financial implications of business
activities.
Job Requirements
- Typically 5–8+ years of finance/accounting experience, with relevant management experience.
- Experience managing budgets and project-based costs.
- Experience with financial reporting, tax, audit, cash flow, and internal controls.
