Finance Manager

Job Description

1. Prepare and analyze productivity dashboard, highlight problems and recommend solutions; working with operation for productivity improvement.
2. Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with short and long-term condominium development goals.
3. Budget and forecast preparation;
4. Control finance and accounting activities of Hang Meas Group Cambodia;
5. Analyzing revenue vs budget, prior year, by sales person, client, vendor, territory,…
6. Handling monthly closing, quarterly closing.
7. Monitoring and coaching Cambodia finance team in finance & accounting knowledge.
8. Handling taxes, legal, compliance.
9. Monitoring purchase and inventory control of lab consumables for cost saving.
10. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for both corporate

operations and individual development projects.

1. Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board on the financial implications of business

activities.

Job Requirements

• Typically 5–8+ years of finance/accounting experience, with relevant management experience.
• Experience managing budgets and project-based costs.
• Experience with financial reporting, tax, audit, cash flow, and internal controls.
