- Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
- Advise the business on legal, contractual and operational risk
- Manage litigation strategy and coordinate external counsel
- Support corporate governance, insurance and secretarial matters
- Provide guidance across procurement, employment, IP and licensing
- Deliver practical legal advice to senior stakeholders and management
🎯 THE PROFILE
- 7 to 9 years PQE
- Qualified lawyer from Singapore or another common law jurisdiction
- Strong corporate and commercial law background
- Deep experience in contract drafting and negotiations
- Confident advising independently on high-stakes matters
- Strong judgment, commercial awareness and stakeholder management
✨ In-house, trade sanctions, data privacy, competition or anti-bribery experience = advantage
