• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
• Advise the business on legal, contractual and operational risk
• Manage litigation strategy and coordinate external counsel
• Support corporate governance, insurance and secretarial matters
• Provide guidance across procurement, employment, IP and licensing
• Deliver practical legal advice to senior stakeholders and management

🎯 THE PROFILE

• 7 to 9 years PQE
• Qualified lawyer from Singapore or another common law jurisdiction
• Strong corporate and commercial law background
• Deep experience in contract drafting and negotiations
• Confident advising independently on high-stakes matters
• Strong judgment, commercial awareness and stakeholder management

✨ In-house, trade sanctions, data privacy, competition or anti-bribery experience = advantage
