Key Scope of Work:
» Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, internet, hardware, software, and CCTV.
» Supervise IT operations and team members, ensuring efficient workflow and system security.
» Monitor and maintain school systems, cloud/SaaS platforms, access control, and security systems.
» Lead IT support and troubleshooting for staff, faculty, and students.
» Manage IT assets, inventory, repairs, replacements, and system lifecycle.
» Support school events and online examination systems to ensure smooth technical operations.
» Provide IT training/orientation and recommend new technologies to improve IT capabilities.
