• Assist the Recruitment Lead in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by responding to candidate inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment databases, and trackers.
• Support daily recruitment operations, employer branding activities, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in Recruitment, HR, and Customer Experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and responsible.
• Able to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
