Job Description:

• Role: Process Executive Service Desk (Freshers)
• Location: Pune
• Experience: 0 – 1 Year
• Qualification: Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education)
• Postgraduates are not eligible
• Full-Time | 100% Work from Office | 24×7 Shift Rotation (US Shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch support to global clients via calls and email
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to:
• VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory
• Operating systems & basic networking
• Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Work on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M
• Own the issue, analyze, and provide efficient, timely resolutions
• Ensure every customer interaction adds value and leaves them satisfied

Non-Negotiables:

• Fluent English communication is a must
• 100% Work from Office no hybrid or remote option
• Comfortable with night/rotational shifts (US time zones)
• Min 2 Months of Training in Mysore Campus

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Confidence in handling and resolving technical queries independently
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment (rotational US shifts)
• Comfortable with a Work from Office (WFO) setup in Pune

NOTE:

• The assessment is proctored, so choose a quiet environment.
• Use a headset or headphones are for clear communication.

• Please do not switch screens during the assessment. Detection of multiple faces, absence of a face, or any form of malpractice will result in disqualification.
