We’re looking for a Product Owner (or Associate Product Owner, depending on experience) to lead the ongoing evolution of our POS platform to drive continuous improvements that enhance user experience and business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and execute product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market needs.
• Translate industry requirements into functional, user-centric features.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the technical team to build scalable, secure, and high-performing POS solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with payment gateways, inventory systems, CRM, and ERP platforms.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee successful deployment of product releases.
• Monitor and manage reported issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Assist sales teams with product knowledge, demos and client engagements to drive adoption.
• Lead/Assist in marketing initiatives to position product effectively in the market and communicate its value proposition.
• Validate technical solutions against SISKH enterprise architecture and compliance standards.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Excellent English language and communications skills
• Independent learner, quick to adopt new technologies
• Understanding of POS application
• Active listening skills to be the voice of users and all stakeholders
• Confident communicator with effective presentation skills
• Proven organization and prioritization skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Goal-orientated and deadline-driven
• Experience in Vue.js and Node.js is a plus
