Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned regions
• Monitor customers stock levels, sales trends, demand changes etc, to adjust marketing strategies to achieve sales targets
• Manage new product launches, ensuring placement, follow-up, and feedback collection.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to improve work skills.
• Ensure timely payment collection based company credit policy. Track outstanding balances and coordinate accounting to clear overdue payments.
• Support partners with product recommendations, technical knowledge, solution- guidance.

Work History

• Agribusiness and Farming for 2 to 3 years is preferred

General & Technical Skills

• Strong English communication skills, Chinese preferred.
• Good knowledge of Cambodian agricultural practices and key crops
• Ability to travel frequently to provinces
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and negotiation skills
