Position Summary

The Junior Photographer & Videographer will support the production of visual content for property listings, real estate projects, social media, company events, and other marketing activities.

The role involves capturing photo and video content primarily using smartphones, with opportunities to work with cameras, DJI Osmo equipment, and other content-production tools.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos of properties, projects, events, and company activities
• Produce vertical video content for social media platforms
• Assist with property walkthroughs, agent videos, interviews, and other content shoots
• Use smartphones, cameras, DJI Osmo, and other available equipment for content production
• Support the Marketing Team during scheduled photo and video shoots
• Perform basic photo and video editing for marketing and social media use
• Organize and manage photo and video files after each assignment
• Travel to properties and project sites for content creation when required

• Bachelor's Degree as a minimum

• Photographer & Videographer in Real Estate Development for 1 year as a minimum
