Description

Order & Inventory Management
• Fulfillment: Process Purchase Orders (PO) based on customer inventory levels.
• Coordination: Bridge the gap between internal teams and buyers for order follow-ups.
• Loss Control: Monitor expiry records and rotation to keep returns below 10%.
Systems & Reporting
• Digital Ops: Use Odoo ERP for daily sales reporting and real-time stock accuracy.
• Analysis: Compare current performance vs. historical data to identify growth gaps.
• Executive Reports: Submit weekly progress reports and future action plans on time.
Market Development
• Expansion: Conduct market research and sales outreach to onboard new customers.
• Innovation: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to improve packaging and product sizing.
• Admin: Maintain organized records of contracts, pricing, and customer databases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FMCG or Food Distribution (Cold Chain experience is a strong plus).
• Male candidates preferred (due to the nature of site visits/fieldwork).
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
