Job Description

Job Summary
Responsible for creating engaging digital content and supporting online marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across Setra Group’s digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create photos, videos, graphics, captions, and other digital content.
• Develop and manage content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and implement monthly content calendars and campaigns.
• Take photos/videos of products, promotions, branches, and company activities.
• Edit videos and images using relevant design and editing tools.
• Monitor social media engagement, trends, and customer feedback.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare basic weekly/monthly reports on content performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments for content requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or related positions.
• Creative, energetic, and up-to-date with social media trends.
• Good skills in video editing, photography, graphic design, and content writing.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of Khmer; English is an advantage.
