Job description
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, including payroll, C&B, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll processing, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Administer salary structures, allowances, incentives, and benefits programs.
- Ensure compensation practices are aligned with company policies and market trends.
- Support salary benchmarking and review processes.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Review payroll data including attendance, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory contributions.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll records.
- Prepare reports on payroll, headcount, turnover, and HR metrics.
- Analyze compensation data to support decision-making.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and payroll.
- Communicate HR policies and updates clearly to staff.
- Support employee engagement through fair and transparent practices.
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure proper management of attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems.
- Monitor probation, confirmation, contract renewal, and employee movements.
- Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and procedures are properly implemented.
