Description:
We are looking for a VIP Support Manager for a LATAM iGaming project, based in Latin America.
Tasks:
- Managing VIP and high-value players via WhatsApp and chat;
- Quickly resolving issues related to withdrawals, KYC, bonuses, payments, and complaints;
- Player retention, reactivation, trust, LTV growth, churn prevention, and delivering a highly personalized service to key clients.
Requirements:
- iGaming/беттинг experience;
- Strong communication and sales skills;
- English C1 required.
