Join Ashiana Housing and play a key role in creating safer, compliant, and well-managed construction environments across our project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor EHS policies and safe-working practices
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Monitor safety across critical construction activities
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programmes
• Ensure contractor compliance and timely corrective actions

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduation with a recognised Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial or Construction Safety
• 3-8 years of relevant EHS/Safety experience
• Strong understanding of construction-site safety and risk assessment
