Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

• Develop and improve products, materials, and manufacturing processes.

• Conduct product testing, research, and performance analysis.

• Prepare technical specifications, reports, and documentation.

• Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, and Engineering teams.

• Identify process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure R&D activities comply with industry standards and safety requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.

Good interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.

Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms.

Working Hours    :  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Off Day                :  Sun & Public Holidays
