Job Description

JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN
REPORTS TO: LEASING MANAGER
LOCATION: ST 289, TK CENTRAL TOWER, KHAN TOUL KORK, PHNOM PENH

Leasing & Business Development Support

• Assist with lead generation, basic research, and outreach to prospective clients.
• Support the preparation of basic commercial documents and presentations.
• Assist with property inspections when needed.
• Assist with basic market research, competitor checks, and property surveys.
• Coordinate with internal teams on routine leasing matters and other tenant-related activities.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating physical and electronic leasing records to ensure accurate and up-to-date databases.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team.
• Handle other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good academic background and/or active involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese language is a plus.
• Decent computer skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or real estate is an advantage.
