Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine (M.B.B.S.).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Strong experience in doctor promotion and KOL relationship management.
• Proven experience in territory and hospital management.
• Strong background in customer relationship management.
• Experience in managing daily way-plans and achieving sales targets.
• Expertise in managing marketing teams and handling people management.
• Good management practice and leadership skills

Job Descriptions

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive sales growth and achieve company sales goals.
• Manage the marketing team to assigned territory, providing overall guidance
• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure the meeting of sales objective
• Supervise and monitor the daily routine of marketing staff to ensure effective way plan.
• Setting out sales target to marketing staffs through reviewing sales achievement and sales potential.
• Developing and building sustainable good relationships with customers through supervision and guidance of sales representatives.
• Plan and execute promotional events, CME) sessions, and KOL relationship-building activities to effectively promote the brand.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.
• Coordinating and co-operation with other department to ensure smooth delivery of products and good customer support.

Working Hours: 9:00A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
