Job description

About LINE MAN Wongnai

LINE MAN Wongnai is Thailand’s Leading On-Demand Delivery and Lifestyle e-Commerce platform services. We build technology to help Thai people live better, to empower all local businesses by creating an end-to-end food ecosystem through our channel LINE MAN and Wongnai. Connected consumers, riders, and local businesses and improved the daily life of all parties with restaurants nationwide. And because we are local, we provide the deepest variety and services that are tailor-made for Thai people.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to manage inventory planning, stock replenishment, and asset utilization for hardware devices supporting merchant operations. This role ensures that the right stock is available at the right time — preventing shortages that disrupt merchant onboarding and operations, while avoiding excess inventory that ties up capital.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain Inventory Precision: Monitor multi-location SKU stock levels, enforce safety stock thresholds based on demand and lead times, and lead cycle counts to maintain 100% data accuracy between physical and system records.
  • Manage End-to-End Replenishment: Issue data-backed replenishment requests to Procurement, track inbound POs to warehouse receipt, and coordinate vendor deliveries to eliminate stockout risks.
  • Align Demand & Campaigns: Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Marketing to synchronize inventory planning with merchant onboarding pipelines, seasonal surges, and promotional campaigns.
  • Optimize Asset Utilization & Recovery: Oversee returned and refurbished device workflows, maximizing the reallocation of recovered assets to reduce new procurement costs.
  • Mitigate Stock Risks & Aging: Monitor aging, slow-moving, and non-performing inventory, proposing proactive reallocation, liquidations, or formal write-offs with Finance.
  • Deliver Strategic Inventory Reporting: Prepare executive-level inventory health dashboards detailing stock levels, turnover, aging analysis, replenishment status, and potential shortfall risks.
  • Drive Process Excellence & SOPs: Identify operational bottlenecks, refine replenishment workflows, and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalable supply chain practices.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or 3PL coordination.
  • Experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to spot discrepancies and trends in data.
  • Good collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales team
