  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory/team-lead experience preferred.
  • Strong property sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability.

Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing the Sales Team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual property sales targets. The position will manage sales activities, monitor the sales pipeline, support customer negotiations, coach Sales Executives, improve conversion rates, and ensure effective follow-up of all potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Planning & Target Management
  • Assist in developing monthly and annual sales plans.
  • Break company sales targets into individual salesperson targets.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
  • Monitor team performance against targets.
  • Develop action plans when performance is below target.
  1. Customer Handling & Negotiation
  • Support Sales Executives with difficult customers.
  • Participate in high-value customer meetings when required.
  • Assist with negotiation and closing.
  • Handle customer objections related to: Price , Discount, Payment term, Financing, Location, Property comparation
  • Ensure all negotiations follow company policies and approved discount limits.
  1. Sales Team Coaching
  • Conduct daily or regular sales briefings.
  • Conduct role-play and sales training.
  • Identify individual weaknesses and provide coaching plans.
  • Motivate and recognize high-performing team members.
  1. Lead Management & Marketing Coordination
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Monitor marketing-generated leads.
  • Report customer feedback, objections, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with Marketing regarding campaigns and promotions.
  • Identify which campaigns generate better-quality customers.
  • Ensure Sales Executives respond to new leads promptly.
  • Analyze conversion rates.
  • Develop corrective action plans.
  1. Reporting
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager and Director, including:

Daily : Sales activities . New leads , Appointment, Negotiation , Site visit , Booking
Weekly: Sales Pipeline, Individual performance
Monthly : Sales target achievement , Booking performance, Sales forecast, Team performance.
