Branch Manager

Job Description

• Supervise daily showroom operations.

• Manage and support the sales team to achieve targets.

• Monitor sales, stock and daily reports.

• Handle customer issues and support good customer service.

• Coordinate with Head Office on branch matters.

• Ensure the showroom follows company rules and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any relevant field.

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales or branch operations.

• Experience in supervising a sales team is preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to manage daily branch operations and solve problems.

• Responsible, active and able to work under pressure.
