Workplace Circumstances

Position Summary
Employment: Full-time, 8hours/day, 5days per week
Report to: Executive Director
Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily posting on social media and manage it with interesting content to reach the audient
- Design poster, flier and others pictures for posting
- Control all pictures to be posted
- To ensure quality of picture and select the nice for posting
- Pictures shooting during the events
- Video shooting during event
- Do video slide or presentation slide for association
- Monitor posting and updating interesting content on page
- Video shooting & Editing for association
- Create video shooting board and script for association
- Create & post in social media (Facebook, Website, YouTube, Telegram Channel, TikTok…..)
- Monitor and assign task & training to team (Graphic team)
- Assist general test to team, ED, Boards, Committee and members
Languages
- English - Good
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic design and illustrate
Work History
- Experience in field for 3 years
General & Technical Skills
- Experience be the photo shooting and video shooting
- Experience in social media caption and content
- Skill in Graphic and design
- Computer silks
- English communication
