Sales Manager

Job Description

• Set sales targets by channel / area / salesman
• Create sales plans and route coverage
• Manage distributor / wholesaler / outlet relationships
• Track sell-in, sell-out, collection and stock movement
• Collaborate with Marketing for promotions and campaigns

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
• 7-10 Years of Sales experiences and at least 4 years as managerial role.
• 2–3 year of extensive experience in the Cosmetics & Beauty
• Sound good knowledge of beauty trends and Cambodian market dynamics is essential.
