Job Description
- Set sales targets by channel / area / salesman
- Create sales plans and route coverage
- Manage distributor / wholesaler / outlet relationships
- Track sell-in, sell-out, collection and stock movement
- Collaborate with Marketing for promotions and campaigns
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
- 7-10 Years of Sales experiences and at least 4 years as managerial role.
- 2–3 year of extensive experience in the Cosmetics & Beauty
- Sound good knowledge of beauty trends and Cambodian market dynamics is essential.
