• Manage key client relationships across email, phone and face-to-face meetings
• Handle escalations, special requests and service issues
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, QA/QC and account teams
• Monitor shipment performance and investigate incidents
• Support new business requirements and service solutions
• Analyse data and prepare client performance reports
• Help ensure customer needs align with Marken processes and service standards

🎯 WHO THEY WANT

• Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• 2+ years in customer service or client-facing roles
• Logistics or supply chain knowledge
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
