Sales Executive

Job Description

1. Online Sales

• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and other online platforms.
• Recommend suitable bakery products based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations and confirm customer orders.
• Follow up on pending quotations and convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve monthly online sales targets.

1. Order Management

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Delivery, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery schedules and update customers on order status.
• Resolve customer issues regarding orders or deliveries.

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up after delivery to obtain customer feedback.
• Maintain an updated customer database.

1. Sales Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain customer quotations, invoices, and order documentation.
• Assist Finance with payment follow-up when necessary.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in online sales or customer service.

• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and other online sales channels.

• Strong skills in customer communication, order processing, and sales follow-up.

• Good computer skills and the ability to prepare sales reports.

• Ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
