Job description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, dealership, or a related industry, with experience in a supervisory or management position.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, dealership operations, and customer management.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship and business development skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of the local automotive market and competitors.
  • Good command of Khmer and English; Chinese is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and sales/CRM systems.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Lead and manage the overall operations and sales performance of the automotive branch/showroom.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize individual and branch performance.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, pipeline, conversion rates, and customer activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, dealers, agents, and business partners.
  • Oversee the entire vehicle sales process, from customer inquiry and product presentation to negotiation, closing, and delivery.
  • Handle key customers and support the sales team in negotiations and closing important deals.
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the sales process and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences and provide recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, After-Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
  • Ensure showroom operations, vehicle displays, sales documentation, and customer handling follow company standards.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis for management.
  • Control branch expenses and ensure effective use of company resources.
  • Organize and participate in sales campaigns, events, test-drive activities, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and automotive industry regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales team members to build a high-performing team.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
