What you’ll Do:

• Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, helping them improve their daily performance and platform sales.
• Analyze Data & Plan Strategy: Review sales data and merchant metrics to recommend effective promotions, campaign participation, and growth plans.
• Track Market & Competitor Activity: Monitor industry trends, competitor promotions, and pricing to keep restaurant partners competitive.
• Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to solve operational issues and execute platform initiatives.
• Drive Campaign Participation: Pitch marketing packages and guide merchants to join platform campaigns to increase their store visibility and orders.

What you’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• A strong background in Account Management, CRM, Customer Support, or delivery and e-commerce ecosystems.
• Robust analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data to drive commercial decisions and unlock creative solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business stories for partners.
• A goal-oriented problem solver who thrives on addressing immediate challenges effectively and driving execution.
